SHOWROOM SALES ASSISTANT - CASUAL
As the Showroom Sales Assistant you will be required for carrying out the following duties:

Key Responsibilities
-
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

Maintain store presentation, including assisting with furniture displays and homewares styling.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
-
Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.

Assist with stock unpacking, pricing, replenishment, and general store upkeep.

Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.

Uphold Village Stores’ brand standards and create an exceptional customer experience.
Skills & Experience
-
Previous retail sales experience (furniture or homewares experience highly regarded).
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation.
-
A genuine passion for interiors, design, and home styling.
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (with potential additional shifts during peak periods).
